Been here many times, always happy. Most recent time, something was in the wrong bin, and my problem was dealt with easily. Customer service was friendly and helpful and the store quickly gave me a refund when I returned the items. This proves to me I should stay a loyal Bulk Barn customer!
Bulk barn offers a disinfection station and/or latex gloves at entry (see attached photos). The flow of shopping is orderly and line markers ensure socially distanced check outs. In terms of customer service, the staff is super helpful, friendly and kind. They helped me pick up what I needed super quickly!

I love this store! Amazing price on AP flour. Tons of unique, hard-to-find things. They have sprinkles by color which is really helpful for baking. Friendly staff, too.
Great varieties. Love the Sustainable Sunday promotion where you can get 15% off non-sale items when you bring your own container. Staff are very familiar with it so you don’t even have to ask. Give them the container you bring and they will write the weight of the container on it. Weekly grocery shopping becomes fun with Bulk Barn!
